1. MAKING A BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1.1. Booking Deposit

To confirm your reservation with us, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid in advance. The bank and account information to which the deposit needs to be made will be forwarded to you via e-mail. Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a notice confirming the dates and the number of people your reservation has been made for.

1.2. Prices

The price per apartment includes accommodation in fully furnished and equipped apartment with reasonable use of linens, electricity, hot and cold water, air-conditioning and access to Internet (Wifi). Price includes tourist tax. Laundry is available upon request at a price of  5€.  A stay shorter than 5 nights  increases  the price by 30%. A stay longer than 20 nights reduces the price by 10%. Children up to 2 years old are exempt from payment.

1.3. Payment

Upon arrival, after the host has shown you the apartment, you should give her the identification documents from all the members of your party to enter relevant information into the guest registry. They will be return to you the next day, when you are obligated to pay the rest of the rental cost to the owner in cash.

1.4. Security/Damage Deposit

Upon arrival, the guest is required to pay a damage deposit in the amount of € 200,00. The deposit can be paid to the host’s account or in cash.

If after the guest’s departure it is determined that nothing is missing, that no damage has been done and no additional cleaning is required, the deposit will be paid in full to the guest’s account within 48 hours. An amount of € 50,00 is charged for additional cleaning.

 

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Guests are expected to arrive between 14:00 and 20:00 hours (2:00 pm and 8:00 pm), and depart by 10:00 in the morning. Please inform the host of your planned arrival time the day in advance.

 

3. NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING THE APARTMENT

Only the people named at the time of booking may use the apartment. The maximum number of people, including infants, allowed at the property may not be exceeded. The owner has the right to terminate the rental without prior notice and without refund if the number are exceeded.

If the number of people in your party changes between the time you made a reservation and the time you are to travel, please inform the owner of this change immediately.

 

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must maintain the apartment, furniture, appliances, equipment, utensils and all belongings in the same condition as they were at the beginning of your stay and as clean as you found them. You will be responsible for any breakage, loss and damage in the apartment. The host reserves the right to reduce the deposit for each additional cleaning in the amount of € 50,00. Loss of the apartment key is charged € 100,00.

 

5. ACCESS BY OWNER

The owner or their representative shall be allowed reasonable access to the apartment to carry out urgent maintenance and/or inspection.

 

6. BEHAVIOR

We expect correct and decent behavior from our guests at all times. We also ask that you are mindful of other guests in adjacent apartments and surrounding homes and abstain from making noise, especially at night  between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. The guests are not allowed to bring into the apartments friends or relatives who are not guests in one of our apartments. Should you or a member of the party behave inappropriately, the owner may use their absolute discretion and ask you and the party to vacate the property without refund.

 

7. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

The owner is not responsible for any personal items, which may be lost or stolen from the rental unit. Please contact us within 48 hours of checkout to report left behind items. All best efforts will be made to retrieve the item, bud no guarantees will be made for successful retrieval. Please check the unit thoroughly before departing. Shipping charges will be extra.
